One time I got mocha all over my apron during a shift, and people thought I was a bloody ax murderer :)... Good times... good times...

PS - I remember those satan red aprons :)

Did someone forget an O-ring in the whips?

I once let one slip through on purpose, I admit. This girl (not the one in the video) at our store had quite the reputation for not grasping why why I was always harping on her when I would notice leftover rings on the counter (I would have her count out the bottles, rings, tops, charges, etc; it was always obvious when she left one out).
Anyway. I gave up at some point and decided to let her learn the hard way. If she didn't want to take my word for it, she could learn it for herself.
She ended up cleaning up a mess about like the one you shared in this video, good times.

Yeah, another partner had prepped the whip the night before... and oh goodness some people just have to learn the hard way... I know I did 😂

That makes it even worse, someone else was at fault! The girl in the story I related was definitely just wanting to ignore advice and getting cocky, but if someone else did the prep that's a little different.
I definitely learned the hard way to do a tightness/squeeze check before charging each whip. After several of what you describe I gave up, and found out that with a little practice you can feel whether the canister is setting against a seal or against the metal of the lid, it's saved a LOT of work learning how to tell that! A tip worth passing on.

Poor thing! Hope she has a change of clothes to finish her shift!

Aha I was lent a shirt, but it was still everywhere... to this day there is still a little bit of whip on the ceiling we could never get

Lol glad to hear about shirt. That is funny about the ceiling.

I know that sound she’s making- the “this is kinda funny” but also “I’m gonna start crying in about 45 seconds” laugh.

It was exam season and literally 5 min before this happened I jokingly told my supervisor I could use a shot of tequila... you nailed the exact laugh it was
