The iced white mocha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and xtra caramel drizzle ( sometimes with the whip still on top) 🤢🤮

My store sells so much freaking VSC to the point where we have to dump the whole vanilla BOTTLE in a cube in order to keep up with demand. It’s really gross, but it’s the only thing we can do when we run out of sweet cream within 5-10 minutes.
Momisnotmyname3 points2y ago
We totally make cube batches and have a print out for the right measurements. We keep it in the fridge and just refill the pitcher.

My store makes it by the cube, and we just dump an entire bottle of vanilla in there. (And 2 heavy cream, 2% up to the line)
astivana2 points2y ago
Are you using something other than half-gallons of heavy cream? Cause my experience is one bottle of vanilla makes roughly three pitchers of vsc which takes roughly one and a half heavy creams.
LycaenopsPictus3 points2y ago
We use the standard VSC recipe, we just make it in pitchers, and put it into the red tuppowares. Some partners just dump it straight into the tuppoware at this point.

Ahhhh gotcha. I was just concerned for a hot minute there.
