I got a caramel macchiato, no caramel drizzle... the customer refused the front register barista's suggestion for an upside down vanilla latte... I mean, I guess it's her right to waste money?

I also today, same day, got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, no sweet cream

When I once got an order like that, I carefully explained it after getting turned down for an upside-down vanilla latte like, "The caramel macchiato is vanilla syrup, milk, espresso shots, and caramel drizzle. A vanilla latte is vanlla syrup, espresso shots, and milk. Upside-down means I'll put the shots on top. It will save you money if I ring it in as an upside down vanilla latte." Once I spelled out the ingredients, she finally understood lol. But we were also trying to stall at DTO to give DT bar time to catch up which is why I took that time.

Pretty much only where the shots go. Starbucks' latte macchiato or upside-down latte are pretty much just with the shots over the milk. So, in those two drinks, it goes: syrup, milk, shots, topping (like caramel drizzle). In a regular latte, it goes: syrup, shots, milk, topping.

Our store kinda has an agreement that skinny syrup latte automatically means skinny vanilla otherwise we use the button for skinny cinnamon dolce. The fact that there’s still no a skinny vanilla button is an outrage

I've had a ton of people order caramel frapps and get no caramel syrup or sauce and sub other stuff... I'm just like ????? I also have a guy who gets a caramel macchiato with no vanilla or caramel sauce. I've told him so many times to just get an upside down latte and it will save him money, yet I see the same sticker print out of mobile every morning lmao.

We’ve been getting a lot of these “no mocha” hot chocolates and mochas. I’m genuinely curious as to what they want. We got a hot chocolate with no mocha last time for an Uber eats order and we just gave them some steamed milk. I’m sure they paid $20 for two short cups of milk
