I'm finally pack from being in LOA and I got my first check today. I signed up for benefits for the first time during my LOA as well. So I was wondering, how much is taken out of each paycheck? Let's say my coverage is $50 a month, is it divided by 2 or 3 for each paycheck or is it 50 each month etc. Any help is appreciated!

I believe that they come up with a total amount for the year and then divid by 52 to get a weekly cost. But it should also tell you on the benefits website your cost or on your paystub. But using your example it would be $11.53 a week or $23.06 a paycheck :) hope this helps
