It pretty straight forward. There’s a tip report that tells you how many hours everyone has worked, you count all the tip and divide it based on hours worked.

Typically stores only have 1 dedicated tip person, with 1 or 2 other people who are familiar with doing it in case that dedicated partner is missing.

It’s not something that everyone will learn how to do.
