OK so we all know that when a barista posts a drink on TikTok everyone starts ordering it and they’re always insanely complicated right? Well I have an idea. I think that Starbucks barista‘s should start posting just simple iced chai because it is so incredibly easy to make and then everyone will just get ice try and make our jobs 10 times easier. Who’s in?

My favorite thing about this job is when someone comes in and ordered a layered drink consisting of 2 totally different drinks and telling them “sorry, I have to charge this as 2 drinks” Their face when they see the drink is 10-12 dollars is priceless every time.

Customers know what iced chais are. They know the menu. Why do you think they keep ordering all of these dumb concoctions? They’re basic af and as a rule, they have to order the most complicated drink they can.
