Worked at sbux prior to covid lockdown and had to move back to my hometown for financial reasons. Never transferred because everything was shut down anyways. Recently got hired back on and I've only worked for a week (scheduled for 10 in a row) and I'm ready to quit.
Everyone is a green bean. Almost every drink is made wrong. Over heard a trainer tell a trainee to just "do whatever". No one knows how to work a rush. 10-15 window times when there's absolutely no reason for it? Like we're talking nobody in the lobby, two people on bar, and still high window times.
Glad I have an interview this Wednesday somewhere else.
