The other day when I was working someone came by and order a chai latte. My coworker made it for him and called it out and after she called it out he said I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. I work at Tarbucks it was only him and another customer after him so it was quiet. I double checked with him and even if I hadn’t chai and pumpkin spice sound completely different so it’s extremely unlikely I misheard him. And I would have been fine if he said hey sorry I actually wanted a pumpkin spice latte instead but to have the audacity to blame it on me pissed me off. This situation and others this weekend make me hate the fact I can’t say anything to customers when they’re wrong and a good 90% they are
