so yeah i was window and my coworker is dto. customer is ordering as normal and she says "can i get the potato bites?" (were a test location and theyre very popular, so they sell out by around noon every day. its 2pm) and my dto says "im sorry were sold out of those, is there anything else i can get you?" customer sighs and responds "wow. youre always sold out of them" so the dto says "haha yeah they're really popular" and the customer fucking says "well then you should order more. ugh" and proceeds to be snappy and keeps interrupting the rest of the order. 🙄
