This lady today bought a trenta cold brew with no ice, a cup of hwc, two cups with lids and straws and a cup of ice. I just. I understand from a consumer standpoint but ugh.

I charged her for the hwc and the other cups bc they were venti (idk if its the same everywhere but our license store charges like 25¢ for venti and trenta cups of ice or water)

It actively hurts me when people play the system. I dont know why. I dont like working at Starbucks or really care about how long it takes to make their drinks, or about the company losing money. Maybe it just makes me think they're sleazy assholes.....

Yes omg honestly. There’s this woman that comes in regularly and orders a gr pike but since covid we don’t have sugars and stuff out, she asks for a small cup filled with half and half, 5 splenda, a stir stick, and a stopper and she’ll stand right in front of me and pour it all together but I’m like woman the point of it being back here with us is so that we make it. She’s just that level of control freak tho
