hey guys, I just signed my job offer to become a barista.
My job's "Traget date" is 19th, does that mean I HAVE to start on the 19th or can I delay It to 25tg cuz I have a midterm(is that frowned upon).

Honestly, if I were you I would just talk to your manager. School is super important and most of the time managers are pretty flexible about stuff like that, especially with new hires. Communication is key and good luck on your midterms!
