Is there a paper at your guys work that says they'll pay you $150 for "recruiting" people?(self.starbucksbaristas)

Please dont fall for it. There will likely be a few loopholes and technicalities to it. Like they have to work for 6+ months or something.

They have to work for 90 days (might be 60) and all you have to do is remind your manager who the partner was so they can search their name in manager self service and add the referral bonus. No major loopholes.

150 if they attend orientation, extra 100 if they last 3 months.

I referred a friend once. He worked for like 6 months too. I reminded my manager several times and nothing ever came from it.

I figured its as reliable as that mythical training bonus trainers are supposed to recieve.

and partner of the quarter bonus. starbucks sure is great at hiring retail managers rather than restaurant managers.

I heard POQ bonus was a whole $50?

i think it’s supposed to be 75 (or that’s the training bonus), but i’ve literally never heard of anyone getting it. most managers i’ve had don’t even bother doing the voting/nominee process for it.

Is this an actual thing? Like where can I read this, in a handbook, somewhere on the hub.?
