If I’m the main bar, I usually prioritize Frappuccinos → hot bar → refreshers/teas, that way I can get a Frappuccino into the blender, and while it’s blending, I can move over to the hot bar to steam milk/queue shots, and while that’s finishing up, I’ll do teas/refreshers, and then cycle back to the frappuccinos. And in terms of which stickers to prioritize, I tend to prioritize drive/cafe simultaneously with a larger focus on drive, and then mobiles last. At our store, mobile pickups tend to come in for their drinks really late, so it just depends on how it is for your store. Being main bar can definitely be a lot to handle, especially for the newer partners, so don’t feel bad! You’re doing your best and that’s all we can ask for 😊
Edit: But if there’s drink overlap such as a mobile being a caramel Frappuccino and a drive drink being a caramel Frappuccino, I’ll do both to knock them out of the way. Grouping based on drinks helps!

Honestly, I am certainly not the fastest on bar however I have found that when you have a lot of orders grouping them can help. Like start sequencing on the hot bar then get the stuff you need to blend get those going and then shaken drinks, Finish the shaken drinks go back to the hot then blended then back to shaking. Not sure if that makes much sense or not but it certainly helps because at my store we tend to get drink orders of 10+ drinks at least two to three times every two or three hours.
