on top of this customer trying to get drinks for cheaper, she also demanded “fresh” scones from a new package...not to mention the other complaints she had (i.redd.it)

Our dm doesn’t let us sell a side or dried strawberries anything like that they would have to pay for a custom tea I.e. matcha water is still over $3 bucks ... it really helped now we very rarely have to deal with the little sides of anything.

i wish we had done something like that instead. but unfortunately the drive thru was so busy and this customer seemed like she would’ve argued until she got her way *cough* karen *cough* so i was just picking my battles haha

Ya I definitely get it... it took a long time but after everyone got in line and all the partners put our foot down now we don’t get very much complaining and I am a shift so I always take it when they do come up and I tell them once that I’ll do it and I’m super nice about it but next time we will have to charge for a custom tea as it’s my district managers decision and my job to do what he says as silly as it may be.
