I stopped working at Starbucks in 2014 but I’m still haunted by this order, and I need to share it with people who will understand.

Venti caramel Frappuccino in a trenta cup, alternate one inch of frapp, one inch of caramel sauce, one inch of frapp, one inch of caramel sauce, all the way until the cup was full. Whip cream, no lid.

And the customer would get 1 or 2 of these per day. She was a bus driver who took her breaks at our store, so we’d see her daily.

ONE INCH of caramel sauce??? I hope you just unscrewed the caramel bottle to make it go faster jfc that’s crazy.

Would be curious how it was priced because that goes way beyond extra caramel drizzle and filling up a Trenta cup definitely sounds like an up charge.

Definitely. I don’t remember ever coming to a consensus on how to charge for it.
