Nitro is really intended to be consumed immediately- my store doesn’t even pull them until the customer’s present because it can go flat fast. I wouldn’t recommend getting it to keep for later.

The sweet cream gets all guncky, so I’d recommend it on the side. Also all the nitrogen defuses out of it, turning it black but still tastes more or less the same. Maybe more bitter
