I use acrylic paint for mine and coworkers. I have no issues with chipping at all and I don’t put nail polish or anything over it. To get it off I just use a nail scrubber brush and a lot of soap. I’m not sure anniversary wise of what to put on it...and there’s not a lot of space to work with. You could do a fall themed one, that’s what I’ve done for myself and coworkers recently.

Hi! I paint all my nametags with acrylics. I find they stay well on their own, but my coworkers like to use clear nail polish or a fixative spray when I paint some for them. I also like using thin sharpies for details. As for a design, if it’s a wedding anniversary, maybe something from the wedding? Take inspiration from the center pieces, your bouquet, your color scheme, the venue. Maybe something from when you first met, or your first date, or even just an inside joke or something meaningful to just you two. Post pictures when you’re done, I’d love to see!! x
