How do you guys make Matcha? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Sorry, my first post on this subreddit (not a barista at Starbucks)
I'm just curious how you guys make your matcha. I'm just about to buy some matcha powder and learn how to make it, but I can't imagine you possibly have the time to actually whisk your matcha. Do you use a milk frother if it's a matcha latte? Or maybe you guys put it in a blender instead (assuming you do that for a matcha frappuccino)

If it’s a hot matcha latte we steam it with the milk. If it’s iced, we shake it with a shaker cup.

It should also be noted that our matcha (in the US at least) has sugar as like, the first ingredient in the powder. Frankly I prefer other places matcha that isn’t like that but if it tastes different when you make it at home that may be why.

Usually most stores use the tea shaker for iced drinks ... our store puts it in the cold foam blender it mixes everything in without blending up the ice.
