So this has been a long, ongoing ordeal. My SM from day one has been kind of sketchy. While they're charming and outgoing, they're incredibly passive-aggressive and conniving. It's gotten to the point where the music played over the speaker system is relevant to whatever grievances they have with partners in the store. I want to call Partner Resources but I'm not sure how far that would get me. This SM is pretty careful to a degree, but isn't above intimidating partners and staying within the gray areas of what is excusable. They change the schedule constantly without so much as informing partners, make constant jabs (especially if you're a targeted partner of their frustrations), and will become exceedingly petty if you don't play along with their social games. I want to continue working with this company but I don't think they would allow a transfer.
