Besides sequencing there’s basically nothing you can do to go faster on ovens since we obv can’t take them out earlier. While the foods going I pull out the next food item and put it on the warming paper, then I prep the bags/flatware for the food in the oven and all that so I don’t have to do anything besides take it out and bag it. Hope that helps!

I prioritize things and make things out of order depending on what it is. If I have a few cake pops and then a breakfast sandwich or something that needs to be heated in general I’ll put food in the oven first and get the cake pops second even if the cake pops were first. I also always have a headset on so I can listen for orders and get food in the oven/packaged sooner. At the end of the day you can only go so fast though.

Everyone wear a headset! That way you can bear what the DT orders and put it in as soon as they say they want it. Hopefully they don’t change the order! Lol. If you have 3 cake pops, a warmed danish and a sandwich. Pull at least 5 stickers at a time. Out sandwich in, then danish, then bag up cake pop’s! After that there’s nothing more you can really do unfortunately 😬 fuck dt times. These customers get in line even seeing it being long then complain lol

During my rush I take out all the stickers and try to see which I can put together ! We put pastries together sometimes :x

I make sure I put in the next item in the oven before finishing the cooked item so it’s always working.
