Are the Benefits worth it? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Part of the reason I decided to work at Starbucks is because I’ve always heard they have great medically benefits. I’m losing my insurance soonish and am wondering if someone could just tell me the basics? Is it decent coverage? Are the mental health benefits decent?

Depending on where you are at you are at you have various options. I’m in AZ. I had 5 different health companies and within each company I had 5 options. I started with Blue across Premera Silver plan and just moved up to the Gold plan. Honestly it’s amazing. I have multiple significant chronic illnesses and mental illnesses and the insurance has been a god send. If you log into mysbuxben.com you can browse the options!
