Hi!
What exactly do write ups change? i know what they are but what do they effect and after how many? i have a feeling i'm going to get my first write up tomorrow for running late a few separate times and i want to know what i'm in for! 🤧😩😅😭

**update on this** i received an official verbal warning which was explained to me is not a write up so essentially a pre write up but a write up in itself does not get you fired i believe you need 3 of them and then you may be let go i think

It’s just a formal corrective action that shows a record that they’ve talked to you about the issue. Multiple write ups can lead to separation tho. (Shift)

I think after like 3 write ups they can fire you? not 100% sure but I do know that write ups are just a written record that they've spoken to you about an issue.
