Dude I was at a mall at a kiosk waiting to order and I looked at their little hand written signs that they have & the literally had :
Order a penny wise Frap today!!
Order a Frankenstein frap!!
Ask your barista for the pumpkin patch frap!!

So now when someone who regularly sees this sign goes to other stores, they’ll just assume it’s on the menu so they must all know it.

It’s a cute idea for up selling and getting people to buy things but it’s really frustrating when people just assume it’s on the menu.

It takes a lot for me to lose my patience but one thing I will say that bypasses all of that is someone ordering a drink off the secret menu acting like it’s standard to know all these crazy ass recipes.
