there’s one person at my store who gets away with literally everything- showing up late, talking on her phone her whole shift, sitting in the bathroom for over an hour among other things. meanwhile today myself and another coworker got talked to for talking over the headset too much (which we barely do so not quite sure what that was entirely about). it’s just frustrating to have some people getting away with doing literally anything while others have to watch every little thing they do
