yep! as a partner & someone who had a gastric sleeve, this gets me some caffeine and helps me hit my protein goals so I don’t lose my hair or all my muscle mass with the rest of my weight loss.

We have a regular who orders it with half and half to the top. He’s one of the best people ever. I would gladly fill his cup w half and half at the expense of Starbucks because he comes in twice a day and tips $5 every tome
