My manager put out the new schedule and I’m off the floor for a half hour for a quick connect with my manager. I’m wondering what this is for? I am supposed to be transferring soon could it be related to that? What do they usually entail?

A one on one with your manager. Most new staff get stressed out. It is generally low key.

it’s usually a check in just to see how you’re feeling. if you’re transferring it’ll probably be about how you’re feeling about the transfer and moving to a new store.
