So I'm a barista at a little Tarbucks and we have a standalone Starbucks literally across the street. The clientèle at my Tarbucks are generally lovely, usually people who are shopping at Target and decide to treat themselves. Well with Covid our Starbucks across the street has been closing unexpectedly and we then get their business at my store. I feel so bad for y'all because the people that go to a normal Starbucks are the meanest/rudest customers I've ever had to deal with. They order really complicated drinks and are just so rude. Every rude customer story I have is when the Starbucks across the street is closed. I just thought y'all should know and maybe it would vindicate some people on this subreddit. Y'all are doing great, and dealing with way more than you should!!
