After a little over a year back with the company I have decided it was time to move on. I came back after owning my own coffee shop as a shift thinking that it would be the best option to move up once I got my sea legs back. Well a year of fighting, showing up to development days and being told we are going to get you promoted I am done. The compnay I am going to actually wants to develop me and help me grow. I am really excited and also kind of sad to leave. I will miss my regulars and my baristas but I won't miss the way the compnay has changed for the worse. So to all of you sticking it out good luck!
