We aren’t allowed to do samples right now due to COVID. The sample cups for now are just used for little cups of whip aka puppiccinos for dogs, or occasionally if a new drink comes out samples for just the partners.

Thanks! This was in the hospital so I don’t think it’s for that reason but maybe something along those lines?

Yeah, I gotta back that up. No samples due to covid at any stores. Before covid though my store was always happy to make a sample cup of a drink :)

We aren’t really doing samples right now because of covid and normally if we’re super busy we don’t do samples but she could have done it for you. You can also buy the drink you want to try and if you don’t like it we have a policy to make you whatever you want as a replacement !!! So just mention it’s your first time trying it and if you don’t like it just go back and explain and they’ll make you something else
