Does anyone know if the standard for lemonade is to refrigerate it? We keep it out on the counter for a few hours during the day. Is there any standard about this?

yes, i mean it doesnt KILL it, and if you're shaking your drinks it shouldn't really be that big of a deal, but typically if it's open (this goes for like everything liquid wise) you should refrigerate it

We leave our lemonade out all during peak.

I’m not sure what the actual standard is. But my store goes through lemonade so fast we keep 4 pitchers (2 on cold beverages, 1 on front bar and 1 on drive bar) full of it out and the rest of the prepared in the fridge (refilling them as needed). The unopened boxes of lemonade get put in the back on a metro.

We leave our lemonade out all during peak. Idk if that’s what is supposed to be done, but it’s quite practical and we go through it so quickly i don’t think it could possible go bad.

Our manager gets all ‘disappointed dad’ if we leave anything out so we constantly put them back in the fridge after EVERY DRINK....also I think lemonade gets 24-48 hours until it’s deemed “NOT FRESH”
