Today someone ordered a short blonde pour over with whip & cream. 🙃 thankfully the person on CS agreed to make the pour over part because I was not in the mood to deal with either 1. That specific person getting mad that their pour over took a while or 2. Other customers behind them in line getting mad that their order isn’t ready yet. Just isn’t fun anyways spending multiple minutes on an inch of coffee either. Ugh. At LEAST order a grande or venti so it’s worth our time setting up the pour over stuff???
