Customers can tell at me all they want that’s fine but the worst insult I’ve ever seen to me or fellow baristas is when we make a really nice cold foam cold brew (or any cold foam mix) is when they ask for a straw like I spent all that time making it perfect and you ask for a straw it irritates me every time

I always promote the strawless lids but nobody wants them. You know how many cross hatches I put my back into only to watch it be swirled by the evil green slim cylinder was
