I know you placed your order twenty minutes ago and it’s still not ready even though the app said it would be. I know it looks like people are walking in after you and walking out before you and that doesn’t seem fair. I know. please keep it to yourself. there is so little I can do about it. when I’m on handoff all I can do is organize and hand out drinks. I have no control over how fast or slow the drinks are made, I don’t even know which ones are being worked on. I just don’t know what you want me to do. I’m so tired

It’s ok friend. This company breeds entitled customers. Where I work if you complain that your drink is taking too long your drink will just be moved ahead of the line, therefore reinforcing this kind of behavior. Pretty shit

When the line gets long I stop doing that. Its to much trouble. I make them wait, because if we start rearranging, orders get lost.

lol wish everyone i worked with felt like that

Tell them to ask everyone else in the area if they don’t mind someone jumping in front of them in line before you move their drink up. >>

I had this shift yesterday, except we don't have the labor for hand off. I'm MOP bar and handoff. Sorry I don't care that you ordered 30 min ago, your fucking sticker hasn't made it to my queue yet, I actually just went and checked, its not on my computer, oh yes see on your app? where it says it'll be forty minutes? yeah there is a reason for that and its that I have 60 stickered cups here, and I'm talking to you and not making drinks you stupid selfish bitch. Oh I just realized how angry I am about that.
