My stores doing it! I’m not sure if they got actual training on it, they started using it before my return from medical LOA. I was given a quick run down on what to do (bring a water, wear a headset, wear a vest, communicate with shift if getting overheated, ect). Honestly I kinda like it. I can get through way more cars, I get to see more pups up close, I can actually hear the customers and they feel like they are getting helped faster
