Brew coffee and iced coffee, make iced tea, make sure mobile ordering shows everything that’s available and unavailable, transfer the morning food pull, make sure everything was stocked for the open, check if you need to make some backups or some whips, check if anything needs to be done that wasn’t done during the close, if you’re a shift supervisor then do your shift stuff, do the cycle task list for opening

Play on bar until the closers come in then ask to go to the bathroom. Get out of the bathroom after twenty minutes, wash your hands and let someone know you are leaving because your shift is over... five minutes later the closers discover that no prep or cleaning tasks have been done all day... rinse, lather, repeat...
