Anyone hear rumors about the 400 store closures they announced this year? (self.starbucksbaristas)

(From a cafe only store) Our DM canceled our weekly rp order without telling us why and we have a last second mandatory meeting today. No one told us why the order got canceled but we’re all freaking out assuming our store is getting axed. We shut down for like 2 months at the beginning of COVID so....

Yeah getting your store shut down sucks, hopefully you'll be transferred with people you know and the new store doesn't hurt your brain too much

Theyre doing this in the district I worked in. Closing 3 cafe stores and condensing then into a brand new DT store
