I called this dude’s drink out. He’s standing less than three feet away. I call it out about five more times, still nothing.
15 minutes later, This bitch comes up, touches every other cup I’ve set out (pre-covid), finds his and has the AUDACITY, “umm so why didn’t you call my drink out, it’s a little cold now I’ve been waiting so long.”
I would love the cat method of handing them out. I want to see the panic in their eyes. No remakes, no recovery cards. Just Justice

When there’s one person in the lobby and you call out their drink and then they don’t get it so you call it out 4 more times and then 7 minutes later they’re like “uh where’s my drink? is this it?” like you’re the THE ONE PERSON IN THE LOBBY, JOHN. this gave me such rage

We had something like this happen to us with a customer during peak.
She was so busy talking to her friends at the table she ignored multiple baristas call out her name over the course of 15 minutes. Including one attempt where I was literally having a staring contest with her while calling out her name.
Eventually, she attempted to make a scene at handoff and was immediately shut down by another barista and two other customers who witnessed the whole thing.
