How understaffed you ask??
One of the closers had to leave from being sick. I was supposed to get off at 6, but I offered to cover for her for the day. Closers are meant to get out at 8:30. Well, between how much business we got and how many people we had to ‘pre close’ we didn’t get out until 10. I can’t get high enough to deal with this shit.
We ran out of whip at some point and we just did not have the capability to make any more, which in the end saved us cause people at 7:55 at night were trying to get Frappuccino’s but thankfully no whip was enough to make them leave
