I’ve been enjoying a cold brewed Verona recently. I usually use my French press. I use a 7:1 water to coffee ratio by weight (I have a kitchen scale and love it for brewing coffee). Lid on and leave it on the counter for 10+ hours or in the fridge for 12+ hours. Then cut with water to taste!

i tend to like medium roasts for cold brew! sirens blend isn't bad, and my most recent batch was casi cielo, which im enjoying :-) but you can't really go too wrong imo

I make it with sirens most of the time too! One of my favorites. And I would second casi. Both make good cold brew

I really like medium or dark roasts! The casi Cielo is super good as a cold brew, I grind it on French press and just let it steep overnight in my French press before diluting with water. I do 7 tablespoons, sometimes a scoop extra if I want it stronger, and fill the French press with water until there’s about an inch of room. I then press it all the way down the next morning + put it in the fridge for an hour before diluting.

Also, Guatemala is a really good blend too.
