I fucking hate today. I made at least 20 iced white mochas with vsc cold foam and caramel drizzled for 5 different people, mobiles, drive thru, and cafe. Kill me please.

Hahahahaha lol I opened our stickers weren’t working the. Pos has to reboot then our shift was on hold with IT for 1 hr and someone stole cups from our store again

No actual mugs,,, we have our display as soon as you walk in and people keep taking them which irritates me, we have asked them to move it and nothing even the DM ,, they probably do it cause they know we don’t do anything this time I ran outside and took a picture of the car so hopefully I scared them

Same, we had a guy yell at us in the cafe about how we had the worst customer service all because he couldn’t figure out how to let us know that he was here for a mobile order, and decided to stand in the corner instead... I really wish people would read our sign that says to let us know that you’re here for a mobile order, but bold of me to assume that people even read smh

Sameeee I almost wanted to take a picture one time when a lady was sitting right in between two signs saying this seating area is closed. People really can’t read!!

I agree, we had only two partners on the floor (one of them was me) and a shift for most of the afternoon and we made almost $1000 over our sales goal for the day. I closed and we got out almost an hour late and still the store was a mess... It’s awful.

Things that happened on my clean play Sunday:
-old man pissed all over the bathroom floor
-blonde machine decided to take a three hour nap
-morning shift started a deposit but didn’t record it/neglected to note where the money came from

Today we had an old guy yell at us at the window because another store’s lobby wasn’t open??? And three people called and ordered travelers all at once, but only one person came to pick theirs up :(
