so i haven't been a partner for very long but I read somewhere that Starbucks would start asking customers to wear masks in all its Canada locations? when does that start i can't seem to find that anywhere? coming into contact with all these people every day makes me nervous when they aren't wearing a mask.

Really? I work at an Ontario Starbucks and everyone has to wear a mask. If someone walks in without one the steps are as follows.
Ask them if they have a mask to wear, if they don't we have some we can give out. If they don't and they refuse to wear one for any reason we can take their order and payment (through the plastic screen) but then they have to wait outside and we bring their drink out to them.
There is no mask policy for drive through though. Most people don't, but a few do. :)

oof, i wish we did that. to be fair, im up in the north so the risk is pretty low but as everything keeps opening up it gets a little nerve wracking. maybe it's just the territories then idk
