It's gonna fade a bit, but it gets softer. It's going to get worn at the edges, just like a barista does. You really can't hurt it.

It will fade with washing, but not in a bad way. I just throw mine in the washing machine and dryer (I only use one a week and I have like 5 aprons) and don’t do anything special. It’s definitely a thing for it to get tangled with other aprons or clothes, so if you are worried you can put it in a delicates bag/pillowcase

I handwash mine in a bucket and then hang dry if its early enough in the day. If the pockets start coming off, I just hand sew them back on. Had mine for about a year and a half at this point. (I stick to using the one with my name embroidered on it)

Use cold water!

You typically get a new one each year and you'll get 2 red ones at Christmas launch! So keep washing and wearing with out worrying about the fade!

Ain’t gunna lie every couple of months I do a laundry stripping of all my aprons to get the deepest funky stuff out. Trust me it works wonders!
