Pro tip: wet the filter a bit before you put the grinds in. This allows for a "fuller" flavor because none of it gets absorbed into the filter itself and it will also cut down on your wait time.

So you should have a little scoop at your station for pour overs and it’s 3, 3, 4, 5 scoops of coffee. So you want to start by pouring a little hot water on just the filter to get it to stick on the cone, add your coffee, in a circular motion wet the grounds and let it bloom (5-15s of just waiting) then you want to slowly add the rest of the water in a circular motion. I hope this helps!

All of this! Letting the coffee bloom, as well as pouring gently and in a constant circular motion (like a swirl getting bigger and smaller) are important to making sure you’re getting a nice even extraction. If you pour too quickly or too long in the same spot, some of your grounds are going to over extract and the rest aren’t going to extract as much, so you could end up with bitter or watery coffee. Once all of the water has gone through into the cup, the grounds should settle in a nice flat bed at the bottom of the filter, with little or none clinging to the sides :)

it’s 3 scoops for a tall, 4 for a grande, and 5 for a venti. you put the scoops into the small white coffee filter that should be near the small containers of coffee that you use for PO’s. you should have a little pour-over holder/setup thing idfk what it’s called lol and you use pour hot water into the coffee filter and let the coffee drip in the cup till it’s full or you leave room for cream & all that. hopefully this makes sense lmao

The instructions are printed on a sticker that’s supposed to be near the coffee grinder. Make sure you’re grinding on Paper filter
