Again, it all depends on who you’re seeing! I had to try a couple until I found someone who really works for me. Lyra doesn’t have specific therapists and counselors that only work for Lyra/Starbucks, they just partner with professionals and use it as a way to connect partners to resources. Go on the website and answer all the questions and they’ll give you a list of people to check out.
