2,3,5 shots (tall, grande, venti); pour into shaker with scoop of ice and the relative pumps of classic; shake; pour into cup; top with 2%.

To add to this:
It’s 2/3/5 pumps of syrup - as you mentioned - and the milk is a *splash* of milk on top. You’re not building a latte. There should also be layers. Including, a layer of frothy, foamy espresso.

You queue/cue the shots into a shot glass. The ice, syrup and espresso all go into the shaker around the same time.
Doesn’t matter which order, so long as the ice isn’t sitting there melting.

No the syrup definitely goes on top of the ice to flavor the ice more and mix better when you pour the expression on top then shake
