Your girlfriend has to sign up for Lyra on her own. She has to specify how she is related to you. Parents can be covered if you are financially responsible for them. She also has to agree that
> I attest that I am, or the person I am searching for care on behalf of is, an eligible participant through the Starbucks Partner Number I provided. If the person receiving care is found ineligible for coverage, I will be personally responsible for the cost of any visits or services received through Lyra.
> "Eligible participant" means a U.S. Starbucks partner, their spouse/domestic partner, tax-dependent children, or as otherwise eligible in the Starbucks U.S. Benefits Plan Description Document.
So if you get caught, she will have to pay for the services. Starbucks does benefits audits and you would be foolish to assume that this wouldn’t be included in those audits.
