Our drive thru wasn't working. We're a cafe only.

Someone said they asked for whipped cream but were upset that the drinks had whipped cream??? Like if you mean heavy cream just say that. Not WHIPPED cream. From google reviews : “someone came out and took the order in person and knowing let people cut into line from the opposite direction and when brought up she ignored it ans was rude, upsetting because they are near my home and it was easy to go to” like we don’t have control if someone cut you in line?? Another one:
“I ordered a bagel and asked them to butter it for me, but they refused. Why? Isn’t that service that I pay for? They’ve lost my business.” WE CAN NOT BUTTER YOUR BAGEL FOR YOU. It’s really not hard to put your own butter on your bagel

someone said the biggest downside to our store is that we slam the ice bin lids open and shut too loudly 🙃

Someone wrote a review saying we messed up her cold brew with salted foam and “damn we need some training” super upsetting :( just come back for a remake if we did something wrong, that doesn’t mean the whole store needs training and we’re all shit at our jobs. Some customers are so damn dramatic

" I was refused service because I would not wear a mask. I informed the employee and the manager that I had a medical condition and was not allowed to wear a mask. I was told to go outside and they would bring the coffee to me. The wind was blowing at 40 mph and I was meeting a friend to drink coffee inside. Do not shop here. There are plenty of other Starbuck stores around the area. The customer service I received here was rude and deplorable for a paying customer. These people need some extensive customer service training. Every other store that I shop at  will serve me. This store is not the place to go if you have health issues. "

Literally every Starbucks requires a mask, apparently only our store needs to be "retrained." We are doing exactly what they trained us to do in this type of situation.
