Hello partners! I’m trying to think of mini-competitions that baristas can have split into teams to keep each other motivated and keep things fun. Any and all ideas are welcome!

Maybe instead of trying to find ways to get more work out of your partners by having them participate in “challenges”, maybe show them that they’re appreciated for the work that they already do.

I feel like as long as there’s an actual prize and the challenges aren’t ridiculous, this might not be a bad idea.
That said, I can’t really think of any challenges that would work at my store and not be unfairly based on luck.
