I'd say its ok for my shift, but I know different districts will have varying opinions.

Technically it’s out of dress code but I know myself and my DM wouldn’t say anything. How strict is your area with dress code is the real question. If anything else have a backup shirt just in case.

Yes, technically with the green and red, but I wouldn't make you go home and change.
