How do I take advantage of the Starbucks stock? I’ve been at the company for over a year, so I know I’m qualified. I already have net benefits & fidelity downloaded. Does anyone have a walk thru or tutorial of some sorts? I don’t want to lose this “free money”.

It’s kind of a bummer you basically have to be with Starbucks for almost three years. You qualify to get stocks after one year but you only get half and you can’t cash it out. You get the rest after you’re fully vested then you can cash it out and it’s actually yours. I went to partner hubs and applied through the steps and it tells you when you’re full vested. I started working in Feb 2019 and I won’t be fully vested until November 2021 to give you an idea.

Thank you! This is helpful. They say “stock benefits after one year” but the reality is, you only get HALF of an RPU a year. So two years = one stock. Interesting

honestly i don’t have a good grasp either, BUT if you call Fidelity they can explain it best! i called a few months ago and she was lovely on the phone and gave me all the info i needed. 10/10 customer service.
